1. Services

Apple Dev Store provides Apple Developer accounts for individual developers, teams, and studios. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Guarantee Terms

We offer a 7-day guarantee from the date of account delivery, subject to the following conditions:

• No applications have been uploaded to the account
• No devices have been registered to the account
• No users have been added to the account

If an account is banned without any usage, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.

3. 2FA Service

After account delivery, SMS codes are forwarded via a dedicated Telegram chat. Phone numbers remain active for 14 days at no charge. Extension is available at $5/month. Expired numbers may not be recoverable.

4. Payment

Payment is made only after you have verified the account to your satisfaction. We work through a verified escrow service for all transactions.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use our services for any illegal activities or in violation of Apple's terms of service.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the replacement or refund of the purchased account as described in our guarantee terms.
