- Keep your 2FA Telegram chat active — SMS codes expire quickly
- Extend your phone number before the 14-day free period ends ($5/month)
- Don't upload apps, register devices, or add team members until you're ready — doing so voids the 7-day guarantee

Troubleshooting Common Issues
Session expired / logged out unexpectedly
This usually means the cookies have expired. Contact our support via Telegram and we'll help refresh the session.
2FA code not arriving
Check that your Telegram chat is still active. If the 14-day free period has elapsed and you didn't renew, the number may be inactive. Renewal is $5/month.
Account shows "Payment required"
